My approach to urban photography is less architectural and more an abstract neon behind glass and grates approach, and billboards- lots of billboards. Some pieces represent an attempt to capture the over-exposure of our visual environment in urban places, others are much more peaceful as I try to find beauty in the middle of such madness. There are few activities more enticing for me than capturing the lights on a rainy night in new york city or setting up a tripod at 4am in Amsterdam.
